Emerging artist SUBTALA (@sub-tala) out of Leeds joins the Too Much Collective family for his debut release on the label. SUBTALA brings his signature melodic licks along with his deep basslines on the title track 'U & I' where his glistening leads take precedent over a lovely rolling drum pattern. Following this, he brings more of his signature sounds on 'Tap Water', where his bubbly basses and winding synth lines bring great energy to the track. Finally, TMC resident and long time affiliate ØZ joins the fun for a groovy, sound design heavy remix of the title track, fusing his style with the awesome pallet of sounds SUBTALA brings to this release!

Mystic State - Society (feat. Astrid)

Today's premiere comes to us from Toronto-based producer STRANJAH in the form of his new autonomic-tinged single "Technodub". With a laundry list of legendary label affiliates ranging from Metalheadz to Critical Records to Hospital and Renegade Hardware, Stranjah has been a staple of the drum and bass scene for over a decade. Over the past few years, he's explored more into DnB-adjacent territory and developed his own unique sound in the uptempo bass music realm with more hip-hop and halftime influence in his production. You'll find quite a lot of that influence in "Technodub", with a clear nod to the Exit Records camp and specifically folks like Skeptical and dBridge. If you're a fan of dark and minimal production and clean mixdowns at 170 bpm, this is the tune for you. Check the premiere today and be sure to cop the full release when it comes out next week!
