Obskure - Sick Dayz [BANDCAMP]

‘Don’t Be Afraid’ was the first vocal track to be recorded for N-Type’s ‘Typography’ Album. At the time, N-Type and Kromestar were collaborating a lot in the studio and had just made ‘Nu Era Dub’ which was originally a Dubplate for N-Type to play at Outlook festival. N-Type was also working with Sgt Pokes and had just started the ‘Pirate Copy’ podcast which is currently a radio show on SWU FM. As part of the show, they recorded exclusive freestyle Dubplate’s from guest artists. Pokes suggested Breezy Lee to N-Type, so he linked up with Kromestar in the studio to build the instrumental. When Breezy Lee touched the mic they were blown away and Sgt Pokes went on to write his verses to create this dark, hypnotic song. 

‘Don’t Be Afraid’ is available on Digital and limited Lathe Cut. 

’N-Type - Typography’ album is due for release on November 21st 2025.
