Karol XVII & MB Valence deliver another great track. This time released on mighty Suara's compilation Kitties Go Deep vol. 2. The album includes "20 tracks produced by some of the hottest names on the Deep, Indie and Tech House scene" and Karol XVII & MB Valence unquestionably belong to this group. Year 2014 has just begun and there's lot of exciting material from the Polish duo to be revealed in the not-so-distant future.

Senergi is a rave charmer: with pulsating queer energy and sharp dancefloor instinct, he channels transformation through music. His sets weave 90s grooves, captivating drums, fierce vocals, and deep progressive rhythms. His energy has seen spots like Tresor in Berlin and Taipei’s Pawnshop, and as co-parent of @fairies_party, he keeps spreading love across the queer rave scene.

Agua con gas’ playful and seductive sets take you on a sensual and steamy journey on the dancefloor. The Berlin-based artist draws his inspiration from the sounds of '90s progressive, old school tribal rhythms, house and electro.
He has been honing his skills as a record digger since 2018, delivering his musical depth and versatile taste through radio shows with THF Radio, Mutant Radio Tbilisi, Radio80k, Istanbul's Root Radio, and Refuge Worldwide. You can find him playing at various clubs in Berlin, across Germany, UK, Switzerland, at the Smalltown Beat Festival in South Africa and most recently for Nada Club in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Svensøn is a DJ based in Aachen I first came across years ago on one of Berlin’s infamous dance floors. It was one of those nights where you end up dancing from start to finish through an unforgettable set. Today she’s taking over Palm Paradise with a mix that blends house, disco and plenty of feel-good energy.

DJ favourite Razor N Tape has become somewhat of a right of passage for both veterans and up-and-comers. It’s sometimes uncanny how close their ear is to the ground when it comes to selecting guests for their releases, so it comes as little surprise that one of 2017’s breakout stars, Cody Currie, has been tapped for their most recent Reserve release.
All four tracks on Movin’ Smoke are contenders for Currie’s strongest work to date and it’s been great to watch his progression from cheeky edits to full on artist EPs. The mixes of the tracks are stronger as well, making these recent tracks equally suitable for either an armchair groove or a spin in a sweaty discotheque. And we mean it when we say spin as this release is vinyl only for the time being.

Movin’ on to the premiere, Infinity I & II begins with the swung, live drums we’ve come to expect from Cody along with found-sound style blips and bloops — or are they birds?. This sets the tone for a left-of-center trip into Rhodes town as an expertly flipped chord progression comes to the focus and sticks around for the remainder of the song. It’s sampling at its finest and, as with the best material on Razor N Tape, you’ll be damned to figure out the source.
