...that realisation was simple. I was not broken, I was scarred and wounded. The sudden intense abysmal "drops" - feelings of worthlessness and despair, were not me, they were reactions to triggers. Now I had a choice - live with this, or try to heal the wounds and sooth the scars. I had no idea how to heal...even where to start....

Some superfine tracks in this week's set - starting with one which is not brand new, but part of a Global Underground compilation - the incredibly emotive "Let Me Out by Einmusik and Diana Miro - absdolutely love this track. Lot's of other great tunes, and some fave labels - Deer Deer, Or Two Strangers and Future Avenue. Hope you enjoy!
