An ode to The Dark Crystal, where Kira’s song has always haunted and stayed with me and the sounds and image of them drifting down the river has always held a strong visual in my mind and inspired me to compose my own version of her song.
Her ability to communicate with other living creatures always captivated me and it never let me go.

Rising from the midnight garden, where the Dusk Moths reign, we stand at the edge of the Steeps of Terrain, captured by the silken Orb of this ragged Earth.

Dusk Moth Music has arisen from years of tinkering, of keys and of floating melodies, in a world of faerie and fantasy. 
The result is a vast anthology of atmospheric, dark and melodious music and vocals. Influences are numerous and include artists such as Kate Bush, Stevie Nicks and Tori Amos to heavy metal music and synth sounds from the 80's.
