From soothing electronica to cutting edge electro, Vertical67’s sound can only be defined by pure love for synthesizers and drum machines and has always stayed incredibly versatile and fresh. The perfect example is his 2021 EP ‘The Early Hours’ released on eudemonia, which takes you on a full-length exploration of the mind of the musician and creates the perfect balance between numerous genres.

For the very first time, we travel to the Austrian capital to welcome on board the one and only Xenia Nanou a.k.a. POLYXENE (@xenianogravity). A Greek artist based in Vienna who started out in the music universe as a sound engineer and soon became a thorough digger in her early years, was part of the platform @femdex, has her own monthly show on Movement Radio, and, all in all, has paved her way in the electronic scene evolving into one of the best electro DJ’s in this day and age. Her sets are a powerful blend of electro, IDM, and breaks skilfully combined which might escalate into acid or even techno making dancers go completely crazy. And this podcast is no exception. Hello everyone ! We are back from summer holidays with a special guest mix by Robert Heise aka The Exaltics ! For over 20 years by now Robert is a part of the electronic music scene. He founded the project The Exaltics in 2006 as well as the electro/ techno label SolarOneMusic with his long term friend Nico Jagiella. Since then he published countless 12"s and several LP's with labels like Clone, Crème Organization, Bunker or his own label Solar One Music and worked during that time with outstanding artists like Drexciya´s Gerald Donald, Helena Hauff or ERP for example. He turned his deep cinematic and most of all charismatic electro into his own trademark. Another signature are his special dark driven Acid Techno. During his intense live performances Robert present his unique version of electro and acid music. So, we are very pleased and happy to share The Exaltics guest mix. Enjoy !

MEJLE is a DJ and co-owner of Mechatronica - the Berlin based record label and collective, founded in 2012. Mechatronica releases music from an umbrella of artists across their labels, and holds club night residencies across Berlin for the past decade.
