Thanks to Zac McBee, Swami, and the Double Door for helping us capture these recordings of our first performance at a venue in Charlotte, NC! Such a privilege to have our demo release on an historic stage. These recordings are a little rough around the edges but hopefully capture the energy and emotion of the music while we are still a bit green, and while the songs are still new and freshly written.

Dust & Ashes is an Americana/Folk trio hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina. Known for their ability to combine superhuman energy with sincere intimacy at their live performances, Dust & Ashes has gained quick popularity in the NODA & Plaza Midwood Neighborhoods. 
This all female trio exploded onto the local music scene in 2014 with their fresh take on old folk music which their fans affectionately refer to as “Swamp Stomp.
