"J. Kong is back on In:flux Audio for his third EP in as many years and here he continues to develop the minimal sound showcased on his remix of Dunman's 'Isolation' back in March. Sweeping synth lines and sparse drum patterns combine with those grime influences and J. Kong's signature sampling to great effect across both original tracks.

In the remix department we have two roster stalwarts rolling through to put their spin on lead track 'First'. Aztek goes for a sub heavy roller with crisp synth work and lovely deep drums, while Fork and Knife puts his melting pot production prowess to good work in creating a dubstep remix that feels oh so Fork and Knife with that wicked scattered percussion and those grimey feels."
