D’versCT (pronounce “diversity”) is a music production company established in 2016 to promote artists that reinforce the musical identity of the more diverse and cosmopolitan city in Southern Africa, Cape Town.
D’versCT will be releasing a compilation album of the trendiest Cape Town sounds and musical compositions; the theme is “We love Cape Town”.
It is open to all artists in the Cape Town area that are currently active (regular online release, gigging from time to time).
Capetonian artists performing mostly out of Cape Town, should have a regular performance in Cape Town to be eligible.
As possible, the tracks will refer to Cape Town and its environment, but this is not a mandatory requirement. The submitted track can feature various artists.
You are invited to contact us / submit the track of your choice before the 30 September 2017 to the below contact.
The compilation will be available online. The artists will benefit from the regular online promotion of the compilation around the release.

The Cape Town Music Family is a music production company established in 2016 to promote artists that reinforce the musical identity of the most cosmopolitan city in Africa, Cape Town.

The Cape Town Music Family has produced several EPs/albums as well as several music videos – two received awards – and placed them on various TV channels including Trace TV Africa and Channel O. The Cape Town Music Family also organizes live performances for its pool of artists.

Being an artist really requires team support, doing what you love and wanting to be famous can be a long and tiring road. D’versCT aims to enable aspiring artists to achieve their dreams and their full potential in the music industry.
