Presenting the first solo EP on Stereo, Mladen Tomic comes with four massive tracks to mark his arrival into 2014. He&#8217;s earning a huge reputation thanks to his amazing production skills becoming one of the biggest Techno rising talent in Europe and has seen releases on the likes of Octopus, SCI+TEC Agile and Suara, and he counts with the support from all of major techno DJs. 

This release demonstrates the Bosnia&#8217;s preeminent DJ skill for crafting cutting-edge Techno grooves like &#8216;Moonshine&#8217; incorporating an undulating rhythm and hot groovy bass which together forge a peak hour bomb. &#8216;Forte&#8217; is groovy, funky and lively tech house track. Pumping bass, Punchy Drums and frantic rhythm for &#8216;Queen&#8217; a sure-fire dancefloor weapon. Finally, &#8216;Moments&#8217; is serious and effective track with some dark brush and top class.

As you are listening to this, the people in Gaza are listening to the sound of genocide as the terror state of Israel carpet bombs hospitals, mosques, schools, refugee camps and other clear cut civilian targets while the elected leaders of the western world watch in silence.

Let it be known that in November 2023 when this mix came out more than 11.000 Palestinians including more than 4500 children were slaughtered by the fascist Israeli regime in the live streamed attacks on Gaza. Having released most of his work through his own DIY channels, Luebs' sounds have reached many dancefloors worldwide. He now teams up with Bitta for something special. On Nontemporal Void, Luebs delivers four tracks that perfectly showcase his diverse sound palette. Each track hits a different box of energy—all while injecting a healthy dose of hypnotism. With a keen eye for detail, the EP moves from slowly built-up tension to eyes-closed techno grooves and synth-heavy euphoria, showcasing the many sides of a magnificent sound designer and creative artist.

The well seasoned Tokyoite presents 6 originals in this list that tick all the boxes for an altered state of consciousness: long interlocking grooves, suspended in mercurial harmony as seen in “Varuna” and “Interplanetary”, heightened focus and concentration in the broken, escalating rhythm of “Orcus” and the low-pH levels of “Quaoar”. Ultimately seen off by the elegant mesmerism of “Edgeworth’s” cascading snares and looping vocal chant, and the ever shifting balance of “Albion” and it’s unnerving ambience.

A release deeply invested in spatial exploration, but is it the milky way, or a deep neural network we’re looking at?

Rekids welcomes Madrid-based producer Regal to the label for the first time, with the long-awaited release of the Figure/Enemy Records affiliate’s interpretations of Ghetto Kraviz. 

With the original named by FACT Magazine as one of the top 100 tracks of the decade so far, Regal’s 303 and Dub remixes have meanwhile been a recurring feature in Radio Slave's sets since last year, leading to their eventual release on his recently relaunched imprint. The A-side sees the Involve Records boss turn in an jacking, acidic take, while on the flip, the Dub version heads in a more classic techno direction, replete with pounding kicks and cathedral-filling reverb.
