Next up for the podcast series we have Mark Greene for you.

Mark Greene is an electronic music producer and qualified sound engineer based in Ireland. After completing his training in the Sound Training Centre in Dublin under Will Kinsella (Hybrasil), Mark began signing some early tracks to various labels in Europe. Quite soon Mark was releasing tracks on well established labels like Bush Records, Naked Lunch, Elektrax and Carl Cox’ longstanding imprint Intec. A string of popular releases allowed Mark to play all over Europe with regular trips to Amsterdam in particular for the annual ADE each Autumn.
 
An avid drummer as a child, Mark has always had an affinity for heavy kickdrums in his tracks. As the years have gone by his productions have gained some bpms and Mark’s music is now finding its way into the hands of DJs at the forefront of the industrial techno scene. Rebekah, I Hate Models, Theo Nasa, Chris Liebing, D.A.V.E. The Drummer and more are supporting his productions of late, particularly his recent tracks on his new label DORCHA Records - meaning ‘dark’ in the Irish language.
 
Mark launched DORCHA Records in 2020 to circumnavigate the typical months-long wait to release on other labels. The label is a place for Mark to release tracks on his own schedule and experiment with various different styles and creative approaches. The aim of the label is to identify new artists and build a small roster to carry the DORCHA flag.
 
Each month you can tune into Mark’s Progress Radio show for one hour of unreleased music from himself and some of the best producers in techno. Broadcasting on several stations around the world, the show will reach the 100 episode milestone in 2022.

I am proud to present my new EP "Sagittarius Disorder". 
I've explored new horizons, especially with the track "Electronic Body Pussy" which contains a much more EBM vibe while keeping its own style. The EP also features a collaboration with MMORK (ex-member of MOTH).
The artwork is a painting made by Gaetan Pineau, adjusted by Diane Masseboeuf.

Originally from Caserta, Giovanni Carozza, born in 95 'is a Dj / Producer of the international Techno scene.
His approach with electronic music already takes place as a child, following his father in his numerous DJ sets composed of Trance / Hardcore music in all Italian clubs and clubs.
Later, he begins to study music at a conservatory in his area, where he learns both the theory and the practice of the subject.
He began his career as a DJ at the age of 12, starting to propose his idea of music in parties and clubs in his area.
His musical orientation was already well defined at that age, thanks to the influence of artists such as: Ben Sims, Len Faki, Ben Klock, Mark Broom, Jeff Mills and many artists of the '' German '' techno scene.
Starting his career as a producer at the age of 14 and over time, his tracks will be released on world famous labels such as: Etruria beat, Second State, Suara, JAM, Odd, Octopus, Unrilis, 100% Pure, Bitten and many others, receiving support from many well-known faces on the global techno scene.

In 2018, after having founded his label '' Kuda Audio '', Giovanni decided to give life to his new project (Label) called '' Injected Vision '' where the idea of music will be printed on '' Plastica '' and where only the music and the '' Dark '' sounds will express everything without the need for an Alias such as '' Manifesto

Artist born and raised in Florence, Italy, is an Industrial Techno DJ currently based in London, United Kingdom. Through his DJ sets, he aims to provide the darkest and fastest sides of techno with acid, acid core, gabber, hard techno, and hardcore influences. Expect an intensive one-hour ride.

Pure Echo Podcast #061 - Lorenzo Papini

Back in 1997, at the peak of Italy’s underground hardcore movement, a young producer named Manuele Tessarollo, known today as T78 or Activator, dropped his first-ever release under the alias Manuel E.S.. The EP, titled “Welcome to the Next Level”, marked not only his debut into the world of electronic music, but also introduced a raw, energetic, and uncompromising sound that resonated deeply with the hardcore and gabber community of the time.

Released on Italian Steel, a niche sub-label of the legendary D-Boy Records, the EP quickly became a cult vinyl, passed from DJ to DJ and treasured by collectors. With no digital release and no availability on streaming platforms for decades, its legend grew quietly, fueled by word-of-mouth and rave nostalgia.

At the heart of the EP is the track “Old Soul”, a hardcore anthem that encapsulates the raw energy and emotion of the late ’90s gabber scene. 

The rest of the EP delivers exactly what the title promises: a journey into the next level of hardcore — full of distorted aggression, high-speed rhythms, and a youthful defiance that foreshadowed Tessarollo’s future evolution into one of Italy’s most respected techno and hardstyle producers.

Now, after more than two decades in obscurity, Infamia Records has finally reissued the EP using the original master recordings. This long-awaited re-release is a gift to die-hard fans and an invitation for a new generation to discover a hidden gem from one of Italy’s foundational producers.

On The World of Monnom Black II, new artists including VTSS, DIMI (AnD), Vladimir Dubyshkin, Hadone, Fractions, LDS, Aahan and Buried Secrets all throw down tracks which fuse tight machine rhythms with intricate detail. There's also a return for many established label favourites such as UVB, Dax J, Zanias and Thomas P. Heckmann as Knarz.

To round out the compilation there’s a re-release of the timeless 1998 cut, “Devious Methods,” from legendary artist Hive, and Tellurian’s hardcore classic, “Big Bad City,” gets a new mix from Dax J.
 
This release further confirms Monnom Black’s reputation for representing raw analogue music and cements the label’s place as the home of some of the roughest and classiest contemporary sounds in techno.
