Our next podcast was hard boiled by The Spy. Based in Amsterdam, he has now made a name for himself all over the world. His hustle and bustle is evident with his own show on Operator Radio and Releases on powerhouses like Mechatronica, Osare Editions, Hilltown Disco, Machine Cult, Dalmata Daniel, Mosaique Records, Ferma or KRI. 
Electro with a signature sound: crispy, full throttle but wavey, analogue instruments and always punchy as hell. 
He described the mix for us as “hardcore electro vibes” similar to his set at our party last fall and he's damn right. Lots of unreleased material included, so have fun spying.

Dark Vektor is a global electro icon with over two decades of experience.

He began his career in 1996 alongside David Farell, exploring music production. In 2000, his project Sbles3plex signed with Djax-Up-Beats, gaining international recognition. In 2003, he launched his solo career as Dark Vektor and co-founded Crew Balance and Dona-li Records, releasing his first vinyl track.

Between 2003 and 2006, he organized the Basscelona festival, establishing Barcelona as a key electro hub. In 2006, he released his first EP, My Left Side, and performed in Brussels and Berlin. Since then, he has continued releasing music and expanding his global influence.

PREMIERE | Fordal - All Or Nothing (Ranj Kaler's Mega Dub) [twelvepoint]

The third mix in the Hybrid Moment x Egor Strelkov series comes from Meggist — an artist based in Kyiv, originally from Kharkiv, and co-founder of the @observers.experience collective. His sound is rooted in electro and broken rhythms, with this entry placing a stronger focus on darker tones.

The mix is a kind of reimagining of the early musical influences that helped shape the artist’s aesthetic sensibility.

Throughout the mix, dark electro weaves together with industrial textures, lyrical tension, and driving rhythms. At times aggressive, at times groovy — it remains dark at its core.
