Elements is a modern classical electronic album from Manchester based artist PYRRHUS in collaboration with UK producer Ste Cunliffe (Vela). The album explores the natural forces that shape emotional equilibrium — air, fire, earth, water and space — translating elemental motion into melodic minimalism, modular expression and cinematic electronic sound design.

Andreas, who ventured into DJing back in 1995, started his musical journey crafting mix tapes and spinning Drum and Bass in Philadelphia's underground rave scene. 

Currently based in San Francisco, Andreas combines his love for music with his studies in computer science. Operating under the alias Tygre (@djtygre), he immersed himself in the darker realms of Electro, Techno, and Drum & Bass from 1997 to 2000. 

After a prolonged hiatus, he is back to spread his passion for music, the art of mixing, and the creation of mesmerizing sonic journeys.

This album, as with the last, relies heavily on the sounds of classic synthesizers/drum machines like Mono/Poly, MS-20, SH-101, Jupiter-8, Juno-106, SH-2, JX-8P, System 100, Juno 60, JX-3P, TB-303, Polysix, TR-606, OB-8, TR-808, ARP Odyssey, as well as some contemporary additions to my studio like Oberheim OB-6 Hydrasynth, System 8, MC-707, MicroFreak, Prophet Rev2, Novation Peak, Minilogue, SE-02, and Microkorg.
