Quickie From US- "So Bebe is one of our good homies! She is beyond talented and ever since we linked up with her cause of the remix we did for 'Take Me Home' we have been in close touch! The girl is hard at work on her first album and from what we have heard everything is crack. Bebe is one of the most talented writers we have ever met and dont get us started on her voice. For us the beauty of a good song is a strong melody but also cleverness and Bebe is unmatched in coming up with interesting ways to sing about things that have been sang about forever! When Bebe sent us this song we were floored by its creativity and catchiness and of course were going to Remix it! The song itself was about 140 BPM which was challenging to slow down to 130 but we actually enjoyed the way her voice sounded stretched on the song. We paired it with some strong piano chords and here you have it!"

Fool's Gold Records co-founder and NYC party institution Nick Catchdubs has played an instrumental role in the rise of North America's next-generation hip-hop and electronic music stars, and now takes center stage with original releases of his own. New single "Wuts That" (out 9/16) is a trapped-out blast of knucklehead funk, laced with tongue-twister verses from Bronx gremlins B.I.C. (Bitches Is Crazy) following in the grand tradition of rap troublemakers from Tha Alkaholiks to A$AP Mob. The single comes backed with an uptempo remix from Australian breakbeat whiz Kraymer, and sets the stage for Nick's debut album Smoke Machine (out on Fool's Gold in January '15), an anything-goes collection of gleeful club collabs and oddball beats featuring guest spots from IAMSU, Heems, Troy Ave, MNDR, Roach Gigz and more. 

Nick Catchdubs and B.I.C. will be performing live at Webster Hall Studio on Friday, 9/19 for the "Wuts That" release party. See Nick Catchdubs alongside Fool's Gold family and friends at the label's massive DAY OFF events in Los Angeles (10/12), Atlanta (11/11) and Miami (12/7).
