I wrote this tune one afternoon while I was on pet sitting duty with a new puppy , Kinzie, who belongs to a friend of my wife. While watching Kinzie be a wild , playful puppy in our back yard, this song came out.

This piece is for Stasi Anastasia Martin who left this physical world much too soon. I wrote this song a couple of days after hearing about her passing away. I hadn't seen Stasi in perhaps 10 - 12 years when I heard the news, but it was such a shock to me. My memory of her will alway be as a vibrant and full of life being who loved to dance and tell it like it is. We miss you Stasi.
