To be mature enough to understand that we don't always have to agree but consider everyone's opinion is simply a relief!!

Accept agreeing to disagree

Let's be real and get out the comfort zone.. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one feeling like this from time to time.

To accept feeling alone, it's scary.. We could thing what people are gonna say? are they thinking that I am just victimizing myself? is it ok to desire more, to have my needs met, should I not be just happy with what I have? 
But what if I ask myself the question simply.. how long am I willing to feel guilty for having bad days? Isn't it just ok to be ok with feeling bad so that it can drives me towards what I truly desire, to be also happy and share it with authenticity?
Maybe it's just to simply sit with our emotions and be present with it so that we can move towards healing.

Before the desire, there's a need, and here, it is just to be alive, to feel part of something bigger.

how to heal loneliness?

Being aware of what we nourish our body, is nourishing our soul. 
Soon enough we can start knowing what our body needs and so it makes it much more enjoyable every single bite.
Also to realize sometimes we eat way too much compared how much physical activity is done. For a quick check, just think about how the ancestors had to walk hours and hours just to find some food. 

A cool way is to visualize while chewing 24 times(coz I mean it's long) from where the food we eat comes from: 
1. who had to pick it up and when
2. before it was even labored how did it grow.
3. In what soil and where the seed was able to grow

Anyway just going back to the source,
it's very grounding.

Enjoying eating alone

Have you ever caught yourself forcing to learn? 
Like let's say you wanna become a piano artist, everyday wake up and first thing tapping into your instrument like it's something you have to do in order to be great at it.
There's an experiment that has been conducted that if you imagine for a week that you know how to play piano.. the moment you get in front of it, you will have gained much more skills.. because it's gonna feel ...... NATURAL.
So it's ok from time to time to chill, but keep in mind, no matter what, your goal.

Healthy discipline

For a long time I was seeking to be in the presence of a guide.
I was dying for having a wise teacher who could tell me how to deal with my constant inspired mind. 
Thankfully YouTube exists!!!
But sometimes I wished to be next to the person on the video .. so I started to think that any teacher (from whatever activity) could be that guide..
well... naaaaah.
Then that realization.. that I've grown in a very conditionned environment, so I had to change my mind in other to find the Master.
I'd say I met many on way.
There are tons of messages in this World, we don't need that one person who tell us what to do.
To be a student of the Universe is the path to become the guide.
Also the next step is to realize that same guidance lays within you too .. that one sudden understanding, you don't know where it comes from, that voice of your ancestors speaking through.

Becoming a guide

Humans have this tendency to judge by what they see instead of what they feel.
I feel it's tiring to be surrounded by people who judge the book by the cover.
Always felt like what's interesting is the content.
No I don't need a makeover, what I need it's support, if you have anything to help me grow, so we can talk.

Spent hours and hours, days and days waiting for someone who can fill in my cup    .. realizing I'm the only one who can do such.
I don't expect another anymore to show me how to love myself, just simply want to share.
Coming to this point where all forms of Love matter no matter what, starting from here and now.

It's one of my favorite recordings and topic so far.
Everything feels so right when it's possible to experience Love and allow ourselves to.
Tonight I was very uncomfortable realizing certain old patterns, but listening to this is a reminder that behind any tough feelings, challenges or situations, there's always love in disguise.
