This dish—in honor of one of the most special-est people in the Dave’s Waves fam, is probably the richest thing on the menu. It’s so rich with aural tastes and nutrients, honestly we’re not sure where to place it. Is it a dessert? Is it an entree? It’s so packed with powerful energies—like its filmmaker namesake—we’re inclined to say to take it slow…sips, not gulps, at first—then just sit back and watch the movie that appears when you close your eyes.
