The year is 2014 a music crazed astronaut is about to be sent on a mission to space. The mission allows for him to take along only one item, he takes his beloved jukebox. One day, whilst madly dancing to a groove, he forgets to tie his beloved jukebox unto a pole and his beloved jukebox floats into space. Determined to reunite with his beloved jukebox the astronaut goes on a search. 

Float along in space following sound vibrations of SoulParlor coming from the ‘misplaced jukebox’.

As a follow up of releases on labels such as; Tokyo Dawn Records and Raw Fusion, SoulParlor have compiled a six-track EP called 'Misplaced Jukebox' the 18th release of INI Movement’s journey into sounds. A velocity of vibes and breaks from brokenbeat and soulful house that will make you boogie for sure.

"Recent months brought two collaborations. “Falling”, with Cornelius SA and Ra5im, arrived on Musique de Lune in June 2025. In August, “Bass In The Area” with Blake.08 followed on Anjunadeep, and its Portuguese lines became the first full Portuguese song ever released on the label. “We always had this dream of having our native language on Anjuna’s catalogue,” recalls Clara. “We are really happy how this came out to be,” points out Gui.
The new album goes further. Melodies feel deeper. Rhythms carry more detail. MPB colors show up everywhere. A jazz-tinted piano prelude opens “Before the Sun”. Afro-Brazilian
breaks rumble through Permeia. An overdriven guitar tears into “Wasted.” Their taste now reaches into psychedelic rock and into the haze of shoegaze. Even their version of Slowdive’s “Sugar for the Pill” sits inside that arc rather than outside it. Fellow Brazilian and Grammy Voting Member Julia Borelli is working closely on it and helping the sound hit
harder than ever. “This represents us more than ever,” Clara estimates.
A close partnership with manager Matt Jagger has also shaped this chapter. His hands-on
approach helped sharpen the album’s direction while keeping heart at the center of the
process. “He’s creatively part of this. For sure,” Gui says. “He is warm and open-hearted,”
Clara adds. “Which helped us to trust the process and follow through.” The project feels personal and cinematic, Brazilian at its core and global in its reach. It also carries the tension they live with every day. Brazil is vivid and chaotic. Germany is precise and calm. Claxy lives between both, and the music does as well.."

After making waves a few years back via his Potatohead People project (with AstroLogical) and co-producing Illa J’s critically acclaimed self titled LP, Vancouver based playboy & producer Nick Wisdom steps out from behind the boards to deliver his first solo release for Bastard Jazz. 

The “Intimate Strangers” EP mines deep into Nick’s proclivities for disco, hip-hop, and house flavours. “Good Times” kicks things off with a snapping four on the floor, deep Rhodes chords and a rollicking bassline and vocals courtesy of Mr. Wisdom himself. “Feelin’ Alright” heads into outerspace disco territory with cosmic synths, walking bass, and sultry vocals courtesy of Reva Devito (HW&W, Kaytranada). On the flipside “Don’t Tell” brings in some 80s boogie vibes with downlow vocals from San Francisco’s K-Maxx, while “Rock The Cash Bar” is an instrumental party rocking hip-hop jam sounding like a modern day Showbiz & AG.
