TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Upon the selection of any works produced to you by Michael Campbell, professionally known as Devaine, you hereby agree 
to pay a (to be determined) production fee, per song. This sum is to be paid in full upon the completion of 
the Artist's recording, OR, the full amount to be paid before the execution of the recording- 
whichever method the Artist chooses.

All masters used by Deniro Farrar must read (Prod. By Devaine).

This is a memo of a contract yet to be negotiated.
Until a contract has been signed and dated, Michael Campbell, professionally known as Devaine,
is the sole owner of all intellectual works produced and shared with Eric McLellan and Deniro Farrar.

No replication, copy, remix, cover, or sample can be made out of these works shared
without the signed and written permission of Michael Campbell.

The playing, and or, downloading of the works shared constitute as a 100% understanding of the terms stated above
