Gordon McInnes is from Glasgow and has lived there all of his life. He has been writing and producing music for the past 25 years. Gordon comes from a musical background. His late father was an ardent home producer in his spare time, writing and producing music in the style of New Age and ‘Gregorian Chants’ and has strongly influenced Gordon in his appreciation for the New Age Genre, Enya, Deep Forrest, Enigma. Gordon’s music has been heavily influenced by well known Trance acts such as 'Chicane' ‘Solar Stone’, ‘Blank and Jones’, ‘4-Strings’, ‘Space Brothers’ and ‘Rank 1’ all of which have influenced Gordon’s Trance projects whereby he goes by the alias ‘Goldengate’ which he started as a Trance project back in 2002.

Enterring 2023 with a rework from my old track called "Latin Anthem". This new version gets bigger drums, some variation to the initial bassline and a better mix with new mastering tools.

Really happy with the final result, this techy edit of the track can easily create that atmosphere before the "pick time" with a build up of groove and drums.

I made this EP following the trips that different mushrooms make you have. 5 tracks, all with names of different shrooms and all being 1 bpm faster than the last (from 126 to 130 bpm).
The mood is somewhat chill and all the tracks were inspired by one of my favourite songs: Glue - by Bicep
