Wilderness is the first didge track from Dyframix's didgeridoo cd 'Orange'. Starting with a slow tempo, Wilderness soon starts to build pace and intensity. Nick Burman plays superb didge throughout melting into Stef M's percussion and guitar to create a wonderful track.

Turnkey is the second track from Dyframix's orange didgeridoo e.p, Orange. Strong didgeridoo by Nick Burman keeps Turnkey moving along with plenty of animal calls, backed by Stef M on the technology, percussion and guitar.

Emu is the third didge track from Dyframix's orangee.p.  Imagine an Emu running along, pausing, startled moves off again, described by Nick Burman's didge playing. Stef M backing the didgeridoo with guitar and percussion. 

Brek It Up is the fourth didge track from Dyframix's Orange e.p. This song has since been through a number of remixes though the didgeridoo rhythm flows thoughout with a jaunty feel creating a toe tapping vibe. Nick Burman's didge playing is supported with Stef M on guitar and percussion.

Slipped on a Song Book is the fifth and final didge track from Dyframix's orange e.p, Orange. Bass beat, bongos, Stef M excels himself with this track supporting fantastic didge playing by Nick Burman.

East Coast Breeze is one of Dyframix's most popular Didgeridoo songs, being the second track from their album, Green. The title refers to the East Coast Breeze blowing on the Yorkshire coast line from the North Sea, reflected in Nick Burman's powerful didge playing alongside a strong drum beat. Stef M's guitar and percussion works well with supporting the didge.

Starting with a mechanical feel the drums and rhythm sound like a machine rolling across the land then Nick Burman's didgeridoo kicks in giving a more natural flow to the track.You can picture a dingo being hunted and chased

A soft introduction leads into a lively didgeridoo beat accompanied by Stef M on guitar and percussion. Nick Burman produces rich animal noises and tongue rolls throughout making this a superb track.

This track was featured on the cover dvd of Future Music magazine. Strong lively didge playing with great support on guitar and percussion from Stef M. Nick Burman's didgeridoo works wonders in this song. 

Throat singer

Dyframix were formed in 2005 after top u.k didgeridoo player Nick Burman had a chance meeting with musician and dj StefM on the east yorkshire coast. After discovering a mutual love of all things didgeridoo they produced an experimental album called "Didgeridance" , a fusion of the modern world of computer music and ancient and magical sounds of the didgeridoo. Having performed their music at a few didge events and festivals they stumbled across a new sound, threw a guitar into the mix and became Dyframix.


Their first success was having a track "throat singer" on the feature dvd of Future Music magazine quickly followed by several festival bookings for that summer. Over the next four years the guys performed at more than 30 different festivals, numerous venues and produced 3 e.p's. 
Presently Dyframix are taking a break from touring whilst Nick continues his valuable teaching work and Stefm concentrates on his solo career for a while. They are also in the process of writing some new material which will be on this cloud for download as soon as its done. 


 Both Nick and Stefan are commited to raising awarness of the Aboriginal people, their culture, their suffering, their messages of world understanding and of course the much ignored instrument the didgeridoo or yidaki.
They hope that through their music they can help these ancient tribes regain the rights, the land and the culture which has sustained them for 50,000 years or more.
