A live jam by myself (Dylan, keys and production) and Masaki (guitar). I've been listening a lot to King of Limbs by Radiohead recently, and started experimenting with similar looping techniques to create a soundscape that is more a journey than a song.

This is a one shot track, completely ad-libbed, no edits.

Was cleaning out some drives and discovered this old live take of us covering Blue Monday by New Order.

Paul and I have been breaking in the new studio, this is a soft ambient sound, almost a lullaby, and it uses the raw monstrosity known as the Waldorf Q+ and the new kid on the block, the Korg Minilogue.

Breaking It In

A fun little throw-back to the early 90s with this Orb-like ambient track, just looping a standard arpegiator on the DSI Pro2 and knob-twiddling it with some crazy reverb and delays whilst letting the Waldorf Q+ have its wild way with sound.

Just a quick run through of a few of the default sounds on the Korg MS2000 I just got.  I have a bit of a fiddle with the knobs too of course to see what crazy ways I can change the sounds.  This virtual analogue synth has some blisteringly good sounds!

I'm looking forward to jamming with this baby!
