Nat came up with this lovely piano track and we let it sit for a while before I finally gave it a try with some words and my take on a melody to start it off. Nat then wrote her half of the lyrics and we harvested this somewhat ultimate ode to love between two soul mates. It accents the journey through failures and disappointment to finally connect with the lasting fulfillment. The happy comfort of finally reaching home.

Ethereal vocal over soothing synth and guitar bed. I read a book by Patrick Rothfuss and there was this faerie in it who seduced the main character and it was all he could do to escape from her and her world.
