"In the Corner" tells a story of the two emcees experiencing a dark internal period following a breakup over brooding, gothic piano.

The original "In the Corner" music video surpassed over 700K views, and led to Dylan getting phone calls from record labels as well as landing a spot on Billboard's "Next Big Sound" charts for his fast-growing online buzz in 2012. Since those early college days going viral in his dorm room, fans have asked Dylan for years to addd "In the Corner" to Spotify and Apple Music. I almost joined the 27 club when I was 21, I always had my calculations wrong. A blister box is the plastic packaging you see in drugstores and malls where items are sold alongside identical duplicates, like packs of chapsticks or batteries. I believe our thoughts and dreams are unique and should never need to be put into anyone's Blister Box, let alone our own. Go find yourself even if it takes you out into the wilderness of the unknown.

How do you find yourself? Nobody knows. And we don’t either. Which is why we made this film for young creatives who feel like their lives may be directionless. If you’ve never felt that way, you’re probably lying to yourself. This film is for people who have mistakes that are so large in their minds but not so large in reality, and we hope that maybe hearing other people your age share these exact same insecurities might reaffirm that your life isn’t as messed up as you might think.

We didn’t set out to make this. It just happened. The short was captured on 16mm film and a handheld camcorder. We asked those on camera to be honest and say anything that they want to share with the world about finding themselves, overcoming regrets, beating depression, living with anxiety, or fighting the mental health stigma. Looking back, we have a series of testimonials from people in their mid-twenties speaking on their deeply personal struggles to give advice to a younger version of themselves.

The musical score is the song by the same name off my new EP Take Care Of Yourself dropping December 1st.
