 The seeds have firmly been planted for a new flower to blossom, sparkle and glow. Born in 1988 into strict Christian family of seven children, from an early age Dymunds had learn to be demonstrative and assertive. Adopting a diva-like determination has aided her struggle to over come personal tragedy. Dymunds refuses to fail at anything.
At the tender age of fifteen years old, Dymunds realised she had a gift for singing. Taking part in school talent shows and performing at the 2004 Unity Concert for Black History Month in Ealing Town Hall, helped to build her confidence.
Whilst studying for her Diploma in Music Performance, Dymunds was exposed to many forms of music; Jazz, British Pop and Classical, being some of the genres which particularly caught her attention.
In 2006, Dymunds had the pleasure of meeting Benny Bizzie, who gave her an instrumental to which she wrote her first song. The two met for a second time in 2008 and agreed form a musical partnership. Offering a wealth of practical experience, Benny became a highly regarded mentor.
The year 2009 marked the beginning of greatness for which Dymunds is destined. In February, Dymunds earned the opportunity to perform for Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Phillip at Thames Valley University during the opening of Paragon art centre.
Dymunds bright personality coupled with smooth vocals equals sweet melodious music. Dymunds music has been described by many as is a concoction of pain, joy and fantasy that will please the ears of many music lovers.
Along with putting together an album, Dymunds has spent much of 2009 collaborating with some of the UKs most sought after artists such as J-Will, R & D, Scorcher, Rebler, Durty Danger and Naz-T to name but a few.
Dymunds has also worked with some of the best producers including Mr Wizzy Wow, Mark Asari, Mighty Jay, Chedda aka C-Figures, 3Minds, The Truth, Skot Summers and Rapid.
With musical influences coming from late 1990s Pop and R&B artists like Michael Jackson, The Spice Girls, Brandy, Monica, Destinys child, Basque, Nsync and Backstreet Boys, Dymunds dreams of not only following in the footsteps of the aforementioned, but surpassing them all to become a Funk-Pop queen.
