Ich hatte eben ein kleines Ausrasterchen, als ich nach Hause kam. 

Ich musste einfach mal schreien, schreien, schreien. Und daran wollte ich euch teilhaben lassen.
Mann, wenn ich den Zähler doch nur zurücksetzen könnte. Auf die Zeit vor der Krankheit. Oder nach der Krankheit.

Wisst ihr, wie das sein muss, wenn die Ärzte einem dauernd sagen:
„Sie waren fast tot. Und Sie sind noch nicht über'n Berg.“
Und dich dann mit dieser Aussage einfach daliegen lassen.
Laura hat die letzten drei Wochen nur gekotzt – manchmal den ganzen Tag.
„Wir wissen nicht, warum Ihre Leber abkackt“, sagen die Ärzte.
„Vielleicht sind es die vielen Medikamente, die Ihnen das Leben gerettet haben.“
Welch Ironie in diesem Satz steckt.

Doch was ist abseits des Klinikalltags los?
Wir reiben uns jeden Tag an Kleinigkeiten auf, als wären sie das Zentrum der Welt.
Paare zerstören sich gegenseitig, statt sich zu retten.
Singles trauern um einen fehlenden Menschen, obwohl sie längst ihren treuesten Begleiter bei sich tragen: sich selbst.
Wir erklären uns gegenseitig für Blöde, anstatt unsere Kräfte zu bündeln.
Wir beklagen uns über alles, was wir nicht bereit sind zu ändern – und ertrinken in selbstgemachter Unzufriedenheit.

Aber all das – jeder Streit, jede Beschwerde, jede Angst –
ist ein Furz gegen das, was wirklich zählt, wenn das Leben zerbrechlich wird.

An den letzten eurer Tage: Woran werdet ihr euch erinnern, wenn das Eis ganz dünn wird?
An den Hickhack mit eurem Partner?
An das Gehirngulasch, weil ihr keinen Partner hattet?
Oder... oder...?

Nein.

Ihr werdet euch an die Partys erinnern, die euch den Himmel aufgerissen haben.
Daran, wenn ihr Eltern geworden seid.

Wenn ihr jemanden gerettet, geliebt, zum Lachen gebracht habt.

Ihr werdet euch nur an die Dinge erinnern, die das Leben groß gemacht haben.
Und wir alle sollten verdammt nochmal schauen, dass da noch etwas dazukommt.

Lebe, wie du, wenn du stirbst, wünschen wirst, gelebt zu haben.

Jetzt. Nicht morgen.

Back in 1997, at the peak of Italy’s underground hardcore movement, a young producer named Manuele Tessarollo, known today as T78 or Activator, dropped his first-ever release under the alias Manuel E.S.. The EP, titled “Welcome to the Next Level”, marked not only his debut into the world of electronic music, but also introduced a raw, energetic, and uncompromising sound that resonated deeply with the hardcore and gabber community of the time.

Released on Italian Steel, a niche sub-label of the legendary D-Boy Records, the EP quickly became a cult vinyl, passed from DJ to DJ and treasured by collectors. With no digital release and no availability on streaming platforms for decades, its legend grew quietly, fueled by word-of-mouth and rave nostalgia.

At the heart of the EP is the track “Old Soul”, a hardcore anthem that encapsulates the raw energy and emotion of the late ’90s gabber scene. 

The rest of the EP delivers exactly what the title promises: a journey into the next level of hardcore — full of distorted aggression, high-speed rhythms, and a youthful defiance that foreshadowed Tessarollo’s future evolution into one of Italy’s most respected techno and hardstyle producers.

Now, after more than two decades in obscurity, Infamia Records has finally reissued the EP using the original master recordings. This long-awaited re-release is a gift to die-hard fans and an invitation for a new generation to discover a hidden gem from one of Italy’s foundational producers.
