For Daniel Leseman & Junktion (Hans Peeman), successful producers on their own merits and friends since childhood, a collaboration was inevitable. Their house sound infused with disco and a lot of funk has been proven to be very infectious.

After the infamous Dam Swindle signed them to their Heist imprint and released the booming Kill Frenzy EP their name was established firmly to a broad and quickly growing audience. The result was requests for DJ sets across Europe, the America’s & Australia with personal highlights including Glastonbury, LoveBox, Concrete Paris, Output New York, Club Space Miami, Claire and De Marktkantine in Amsterdam.

Their first vinyl release as Fouk, on their own Outplay Records was met with great enthusiasm, the brilliant reactions to ‘Stuff Your Dad Liked’ and ‘Cat Lady’ propelled Fouk and Outplay firmly into the scene as the ‘one to watch’. Since then they’ve released EP’s on Room With A View, The House of Disco and Razor-n-Tape and made a string of strong remixes for the likes of Reel People, CAPYAC, Close Counters, Kraak & Smaak, The Jungle Giants, Smoove & Turrell, Groove Armada, The Brand New Heavies, Joyce Muniz, Luke Million, Dave Lee and Mayer Hawthorne.

After releasing ‘Release The Kraken EP’ featuring Thumpasaurus on The House of Disco, ‘Truffles EP’ on Heist Recordings in 2019 and two EP’s on their own Outplay offshoot ’24 Carrot’, they returned again on Heist in 2021 with ‘Blue Steel EP’, continuing to build on the sound they have evolved throughout the years with a new impulse of creativity. In 2022 saw their well received 'Paradise EP' released on established Bristol-based label Shall Not Fade.

Versatile but always uptempo, Farhan Rehman treads the joyous sound of house music on his Wild City mix. 

The DJ-producer from Mumbai is able to tread a wide scope of genres with his reputation as one of the city's most experienced selectors. But on his hour-long mix, he keeps to the constant thump of four-to-the-floor kick drums as rousing vocals and instrumental runs take flight on top of it. Selecting tracks that are undercuts to the casual listener and classics to the house aficionados, Farhan's mix educates the listener of the infectiously celebratory essence of house music, fulfilling that classic, often-forgotten, and pivotal role of the DJ to be the informer of public taste.

Canopy is the Portuguese based label, run by New Zealander Sumosui. Reissuing forgotten tropical gems alongside modern productions, Canopy focuses on synth infused afro funk, disco, boogie, and derivatives of these genres that emerged from the creative meeting pots of West Africa & The Caribbean. 

The contemporary side of the imprint presents remixes of vintage works, in an afro-disco direction. Releases by Bosq, Aroop Roy, Kiko Navarro, Captain Planet, Opolopo , Joi N’Juno and a host of colourful talent have graced Canopy Records, with fans like Folamour and Antal making it an imprint to keep your ears on.

Joi N’ Juno is musical multi-talent David Baluteau also known as Damny. Over his twenty-five-year career in music he has worn many hats. Lead singer and founding member of electro group La Phaze, touring musician performing with some industry greats, and studio wizard producing albums for artists like Keny Arkana, Sol Pereyra, Yawdel, Orange Blossom, and Elephanz.

His latest project Joi N ’Juno blends warm vintage keyboards and killer basslines with triumphant horns and hedonistic vocals. Fusing influences of African and tropical funk with disco, cutting and splicing outernational flavours with slick contemporary production techniques, the result being an intoxicating and invigorating recipe that challenges any dancer to sit still.

His first solo album as Joi N’Juno is Samemala, signed to Canopy Records and scheduled for release in October in sync with an extensive live tour. Leading the charge, the title cut tells the story of a of joyful dance via a message of love. It’s catchy, warm and punchy, with rousing horns and rhythmic drums. Samemala is sure to brighten your days.

Dynamite Disco Club Records is an electronic record label based out of Bangalore, India, that aims to represent a genre of music heavily influenced by Disco, Jazz Funk, Soul, House, Afro, and World.
