When balanced, it opens us to giving and receiving love freely, and cultivates empathy, peace, and emotional healing. This track is composed in the musical note F, which resonates with the heart chakra, and features the bija mantra YAM, which can be chanted to open and harmonize this center of unconditional love. It is also tuned to 432Hz, a frequency believed to promote cellular healing and emotional balance.
