DYNOHUNTER’s latest two track EP, Maelstrom, is a hypnotic descent into the heart of tribal techno. Propelled by thunderous, ritualistic percussion, it conjures visions of ancient rites unfolding in the depths of a dark jungle. The soundscape pulses with raw intensity, shifting between trance inducing grooves and unrelenting energy. Clark Smith’s chilling tenor saxophone adds a striking accent to Taita, seamlessly elevating the vibe while paying homage to his jazz roots. Both cerebral and visceral, this release is an odyssey through rhythm, equally suited for deep introspection and sweat drenched dance floors.

DYNOHUNTER is a tribal house and techno project created by DJ, Producer, and Saxophonist Clark Smith. Smith layers tribal beats, ethereal textures, and searing synths over deep groovy basslines, using his Saxophone as the protagonist in the eclectic and exotic stories he shares. He’s been a mainstay in the vibrant Colorado music scene for the past decade and has toured the country playing clubs and performing at music festivals including Electric Forest, Summercamp, Joshua Tree, Sonic Bloom and Arise. He’s had releases on international progressive house labels including Joof, Mistique, Clinique, and Deepersense along with stateside labels including Re:Sound, JourneyDeep and New Something. DYNOHUNTER has set himself apart by creating timeless music that speaks to true lovers of dance music. Always paying respect to the artists that have inspired him and paved the way, yet always striving to make music that is contemporary and progressive, a genuine expression of his own unique human experience and a reflection of the times.

DYNOHUNTER's Single Callejero takes the listener deeper and darker with this huge techno inspired track. Tight percussion work compliment deep psychedellic soundscapes. Dynohunter’s forthcoming EP 'Point of Departure' marks another step in the progression of live house and techno. The track begins with a deep and brooding tribal pulse led by a snake charming horn line. The Escape methodically builds with an enticing and frenetic synth line evoking the imagery of its title, and culminates with a proper release of tension that will bring your hands to the air in exultation. Capped and sealed with a searing saxophone solo this track is uniquely Dynohunter and sets the stage for how this trio can bring bring their own flavor and live instrumentation to the dance floor like few others can.

DYNOHUNTER is the tribal techno project of DJ, producer, and saxophonist Clark Smith, blending ancient rhythms with futuristic soundscapes. Layering syncopated percussion, hypnotic grooves, and searing synths over deep rolling basslines, DYNOHUNTER conjures sonic rituals that blur the line between primal instinct and dance floor surrender.

Fueled by raw intensity, Smith’s music pulses with trance inducing energy—both sacred ceremony and sweat-drenched rave. His tenor saxophone shimmers like a flame in the night, a bold human voice cutting through the lush shadowed depths of his tribal soundscapes.

At its core, DYNOHUNTER is a fierce celebration of the primal and the untamed, an invitation to lose yourself in the wild, the mystical, and the timeless rhythm within.
