Martin "Youth" Glover is a real legend. The bass player of the legendary Killing Joke basically was one of the first to give form and voice to the budding Goa Trance music in the early 90s on his Butterfly studios in London. He started Dragonfly, the first label dedicated to this music and truly is one of the founding fathers of our culture. Youth is also a legendary producer and a diverse and prolific producer and musician. We are honored to host this mix from him celebrating his own personal 40 years of Trance! Sunrise set played at the Yemaya Festival in Victoria, 2016.

The sun rose exactly on cue - at the 1:20 mark; it was cloudless, and were suspended between between the energies of day and night; the moon just on day off full in front of the decks (i.e. behind the dance floor), and the rising sun behind me and my beautiful dancer.

It was the first time I've built a set with a performer, and it was ace. A beautiful way to birth a day...

This is a raw recording from my sunrise set Lapa Stage, Envision Festival, Costa Rica. 22.02.2020.
Lots of oldies from previous sets in this one, but numerous requests and everything else about this morning has made it one for the books. 
Most of the animal sounds you can hear in the set was recorded up in the jungle where we stayed for a week.
