Q&A with MANAPOOL:

1. What is your favorite memory on the dancefloor or behind the DJ booth?
In 2019 me and Forcefeeded booked a rave in chicago "Angelbattle2019", that got together all of our friends (99jakes, Andrewgoestohell, Alicegas, Techno Allah, Laura Les) into a warehouse and played for about 8-9 hours. This was my first rave I'd ever played, and I still barely knew any of 909worldwide in person.
I opened the night, and was worried about the sound quality of my set, I asked Jade (99jakes) when they were next to me how it sounded. Jade responded: "I could tell you that, but you really should just go stand out on the floor and hear for yourself."
I did, and I sounded great. I think about that all the time.

2. Are you looking forward to anything in 2021 in regards to your creative activities?
Too much!! >:) Currently working on the next installment for Abyss Chasers, another split/collab EP with OUTBACK, and planning out the release of my next LP titled :Optimized Emotional Stability Construct (OESC). This mix includes songs from all of these.

Vanishing Point (Images Cyber Mix)

When Ciccio came to be, there was only one person on our minds to have as the first.  Lucky Luciano, one of many aliases from our dear friend, understands fundamentally what this project is.  The same influences at play here are this project's influences, the same big, goofy, bombastic, romantic energy that is central to what we're trying to put out there.  And this mix exceeded even the expectations of perfection that we had.  The electro breaks that give way to synth horns, soaring pads, and jazzy riffing.  The deconstructed breakdowns, stuttered hits and handclaps descending to chaos before returning to sincere silkiness.  How New York basement becomes Miami beach front in the blink of an eye.  Lucky Luciano is the only person who could ever have helped us launch and for that I can only show the ultimate gratitude.
