'LDN 101' as it says in the name, has a massive influence from the London sound, with plenty of groove, swing and skippy hats. 'Stock Float' is full of energy, the 909 hat's and atmospheric pads come in at the perfect time to get the floor moving. 'Sand on Saturn' is a true reflection of the Planetary Notions front mans spacey sounds.

Capataz immediately grabs your attention and makes you ask what is this? The unique call and response vocal is instantly memorable and the overseer of the playful peak time track with an incredible sub 303 bass that holds everything together while pushing the song forward. You can hear the Girada Unlimited edit being played by Ricardo Villalobos at Amnesia and most recently in his BBC1 Essential Mix. The 12" vinyl features edits inspired from Liaisons Dangereuses, a 80's German electronic band founded by Beate Bartel and Chrislo Haas with vocalist Krishna Goineau.

On the other side, Reserval have been made at Momo Trosman’s house but there is no more information about it. Raresh's favourite.

This summer (3rd July) Oslo based promoters and acclaimed record label, Det Gode Selskab will release their 2020 sampler on Bandcamp. The first in what is set to become an extensive list of contemporary annual samplers from the imprint. After several years of business, earning their stripes as a vital part of night culture in Norway, the tight knit set up pride themselves on their open minded, family-like community, a stronghold at the forefront of the gay and queer community in Oslo. Standing in solidarity, striving to educate and reignite the unforgettable history of house music and the avalanche effect it has had on modern dance music. An effect which should never be tarnished, but echoed time and time again. House music from the start, in spaces such as US warehouses in the 80’s, have always provided a safe haven for black, queer and alternative people, paving the way for the people of today, a space for freedom, allowing creativity to flourish.

Enhancing their strong beliefs, and what they strive to achieve as a whole, acknowledging the effect that disco, house, hip hop, funk, soul, jazz and rock has had on modern society, the sampler release will work towards donations for Black History Month Norway with 50% of sales in July being donated to them, going towards further operations and developments of the project.
