This month we have another guest from Edmonton, Canada! Co-founder of https://soundcloud.com/umbralsound, tiny keekz has brought us a hard hitting mix of halftime, bass, and drum & bass.

Kiana, aka keekz, started her journey in 2018 by taking electronic music production classes at Night Vision Music Academy in Edmonton, lberta. Fast forward a few years and you can find keekz utilizing that knowledge of rhythms & patterns to showcase the perfect balance of intricate drums, soul-shaking bass, original productions (team Ableton), & powerful female influences during one of her diverse sets.
When she's not making people dance, keekz is curating events with the legendary Umbral Sound System in Edmonton-a new collective she has co-founded with a few talented individuals that saw the need for inclusive & community-focused parties featuring some big-ass, custom speakers)

I started this track more than a year ago after reading a poem a late friend of mine had written. He had such a profound impact on the people around him and never failed to inspire me whenever we spent time together. The track is wildly different from other stuff I've done and I'm sure Cosmo would've appreciated the heck out of it.

I hope something in this piece of art resonates with you in some way as I am sharing a part of my soul with you all.

Please close your eyes and roam free in my ideal, yet not quite perfect universe.
