This is the 7th song posted from the album I have been working on using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic! I can't believe how fast time has passed and how long we have been working on this project. 4 songs from the album are based on a graphic novel that Wou-Wou had started before the pandemic began. The rest of the songs are reflections of the weird times we were living in.

Big thanks to Wou Wou, Bit-zone, and Stricknice for still being here after all these years. I have known and worked with people on SoundCloud probably longer than I have known high school friends, college friends, and friends from various jobs. Huge thanks to Guitar Wizards of the Future. I remember when I first began participating in the SoundCloud community, I would always eagerly anticipate a new GWOTF track, especially because I grew up in Oakland California. Fender pedal board: Line 6 delay; Fender clean boost
Mics: a pair of Royer r10 ribbons for guitar

Mixer: API 24 channel summing mixer (8200/7800)
Stereo Bus processing (API EQ and API compressor)
Final mix down to a MARA MCI JH110 1/4inch 2-track at 15 ips using ATR Master Tape.

I feel that the whole planet is dark these days. I don't hear much good news from any country. So at times like this, I think we should just go with the flow. This song contains an odd time signature that gives a sense of rhythmic discomfort and the illusion that time has skipped. I would be happy if you would notice it. Thanks for reading here. By the way, I only have a 6-string guitar now, but it can be quite good if you are creative. The seven-string guitar I'd been using all my life had a neck that broke in two.
