This is the 7th song posted from the album I have been working on using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic! I can't believe how fast time has passed and how long we have been working on this project. 4 songs from the album are based on a graphic novel that Wou-Wou had started before the pandemic began. The rest of the songs are reflections of the weird times we were living in.

Big thanks to Wou Wou, Bit-zone, and Stricknice for still being here after all these years. I have known and worked with people on SoundCloud probably longer than I have known high school friends, college friends, and friends from various jobs. Huge thanks to Guitar Wizards of the Future. I remember when I first began participating in the SoundCloud community, I would always eagerly anticipate a new GWOTF track, especially because I grew up in Oakland California. Whilst transfering files from my laptop to my new computer I came across this unfinished project I'd started just before the first lockdown. Then along with my other problems concerning my hearing this was another that got put on hold. Originally written for a vocal  which because of life sadly did'nt work out I decided to  add some guitar, a string ensemble and a horn section to fill out the sound. I'm happy I found it. I hope you enjoy and thanks for all your great support!!

満月をスマートフォンで撮影しようとしたのですが、
上手く撮影できず謎の閃光が・・。難しい！

Today, September 29th, is the full moon on the 15th night of the ``Mid-Autumn Harvest Moon.''
To commemorate the occasion, I created a short song with such an atmosphere.
I'm glad I made it on time...(^^)
I tried to take a picture of the full moon with my smartphone, but
I couldn't take a good photo and there was a mysterious flash... difficult!

This is a song that I came up with on the electric piano and shared with the rest of the guys. . When I sent it to them, I had a rough bass on there that sounded like Lust for Life. Ken came up with a killer and appropriate beat, which, if you can picture Lust For Life, included a lot of accentuated bass kicks. So, Josh took and went with that, and came up with a funky bass line. Ken and he kicked it back and forth a few times till they linked up. Then I added some funky ass organ and trippy retro synth to spice it up.
  Then it was time to send it to the guitarist. Tez laid down some smoking lead solos throughout, with his signature fiery guitar tone and amazing licks. Then Stephen funked it up even more with a fonky-ass wah guitar track. 
  Ken produced and mixed this one for us, and what an excellent job he did, too. This was so much fun to create. We all hope you enjoy listening to our jam as much as we did playing it.
