The Winds Of February

Lyrics;
The tears that fell from Autumn's eyes
freeze upon the winter skies

This is the first song by Dan X2 that start with Dan Blackard developing a vocal and guitar idea.  He then sent it to Dan Lockhart who added the rest of the music (piano, acoustic guitar, viola, percussion, and background vocals.  Dan Lockhart then mixed and mastered the song.  We hope you enjoy our first song reversing our process.

"When I Fall in Love" written by Victor Young (music) and Edward Heyman (lyrics). It was introduced in the film One Minute to Zero. 
Jeri Southern sang on the first recording released in April 1952 with the song's composer, Victor Young, handling the arranging and conducting duties. The song has become a standard, with many artists recording it; the first hit version was sung by Doris Day released in July 1952.

Not So Long Ago(collab With Jeff Gilpin)

When https://soundcloud.com/dneye asked me for a track to play his fantastic guitars on, I brainstormed this 5/4 piece with odd chord set in order to make it difficult to him and thus get the best from his skills. After programming it, I added some organic solos (yep I played keys) to make it seem more friendly ;))))

And he... succeeded in the challenge, overcoming all my expectations !!!
