This is the 7th song posted from the album I have been working on using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic! I can't believe how fast time has passed and how long we have been working on this project. 4 songs from the album are based on a graphic novel that Wou-Wou had started before the pandemic began. The rest of the songs are reflections of the weird times we were living in.

Big thanks to Wou Wou, Bit-zone, and Stricknice for still being here after all these years. I have known and worked with people on SoundCloud probably longer than I have known high school friends, college friends, and friends from various jobs. Huge thanks to Guitar Wizards of the Future. I remember when I first began participating in the SoundCloud community, I would always eagerly anticipate a new GWOTF track, especially because I grew up in Oakland California. Penumbra

This is a song that originated with Sean's very catchy guitar riff based acoustic guitar, which he sent to Ken (K2 and the Three and K2 and the Four). Ken added solid drums and sent it along to me. I added the bass, electric guitar, horns, electric piano, organ, and synth. I really like working on this kind of song, wherein it starts with a very strong element, like a riff or a melody, and I get some real, perfectly laid drums to go along with it. That's about as much fun as I can have, folks. Then, we sent it over to Tez (Llanpsych), who was able to make sense of my many layers, which never ceases to amaze me, and come up with an excellent mix. I really appreciate the very talented Sean Smith for sharing his music with us, my dear friend Ken for including me in the project, and my other partner Tez for manning the mix and production. We hope you enjoy the result.

Short track exploring hip hop genres, with help from two little pixies inhabiting home lately. Sick part in the middle was generated from a Fibonacci series, proving there is order in any chaotic system. Only a stupid would have played guitar on that mess… so I did.
