When I agreed to collab with TRC and started to have ideas about his spacey proposal, I didn't expect he would send me not less than FOURTEEN STEMS ! ! !   A fabulous variety, so I had a complex and funny job mixing them with mine. We got two bass lines going on, but any bass is never too much bass ;)

This is the 4th song posted from the album I started using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic when I had extra time due to society closing down. This song was inspired by Black Lives Matter and my own experiences with the police growing up in the California East Bay Area in the 80s. 

It has been an incredible opportunity working with Wou-Wou, Stricknice, and Bitzone on this album. I feel like we have a realized sound and vision for the overall style of the album. It is exciting to know that we have many more tracks ready to be released.

RUIZZOIDMAN has massively contributed to the positive vibes and individual creative spirit that defines our SoundCloud community. RUIZZOIDMAN, Stricknice, Bitzone, Wou-Wou & The Wormling & the Couch King - Cruising Through

This my and GMO's @gmo2020 third song together! Similar to the others we've collaborated on, he produced all the drums and percussion, I added the melodic parts, and then he finalized the mix and mastered. This is an especially strange experiment-- the slowest tempo I've ever worked with, 50bpm. We thought the resulting ultra slowed down vibe would fit with the concept of absolute zero, "the lowest temperature that is theoretically possible".

I discovered the image used in the cover art on Wikimedia Commons, uploaded by the European Southern Observatory (ESO)-- it is produced by the artist L. Calçada and represents a view from the surface of Pluto.

Beyond The Path

I'll finish E-Ruizzo project with a conceptual LP album: 4 songs about 'Arctica Point'. I imagined it amid rotation axis, geographic north and magnetic pole, and I located it on dry land !! Then I draw the cover art.

This opening track tells the decision of leaving this annoying present by travelling to that magical place. The following ones tell the trip and life there.
