Recognizing A Job Well Done

Hi Anthony here and I’m the thought leader behind E1B2. I created this podcast to share my thoughts, ideas, tips and perspectives on all things Leadership, culture, Employee experience and employee development. About 2 years ago while working inside of corporate setting I noticed a few things that just didn’t sit well with me and frankly didn’t make much sense. Here are a few examples:

Creating blanket systems, perks and packaging for all employees “with the mindset that all employees think, learn, develop and grow the same” 

Thinking that your bottom line is more important than your employees perspective of the workplace and his or her leaders/direct reports 

Thinking that you can put everybody in the same box.. thinking that everyone is driven by the same aspirations. Thinking that everyone has the same experiences outside the offices thus your level of empathy for anyone that experiences any differences will be nonexistent

Oh and here’s my favorite- thinking that treating your employees with respect, kindness, empathy and love are all bullshit “add on’s” and should not be apart of a leaders responsibility 

I believe that creating a strong company culture can be a huge game changer! 

I believe that leaders can help change the lives  emotionally and professionally of those they lead

I believe that all employees are created different and it’s a company responsible to understand, asses and develop each employee accordingly 

And I truly believe that the future of HR is more of a one-one , emotional , employee deep dive experience that when applied can and will change organizations for the better! 

So with that said The E1B2 Podcast will do it’s best to motivate employees to know there worth and find organizations that agree. And motivate leaders to adjust there daily leadership/HR behaviors thus make employees happier and more engaged as well as increase productivity which = more money!
