El búlgaro MANASyt (dark mastermind Petar Tassev) ha estado rockeando su propia marca de Nurolektro desde 2003. Es responsable de una amplia gama de títulos amenazantes en sellos como Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6 y Musar.
Un artista al que no le pueden importar menos las tendencias ni los hypes, y cuyo principal motor es esa auténtica pasión por el género.
Algunas de sus melodías se asemejan a la banda sonora de una futura película de terror, otras a una visita a una clínica mental, pero la mayoría suena exactamente como lo que escucharían los alienígenas hostiles mientras atacan la Tierra.

Bulgarian dark mastermind MANASYt（Petar Tassev) has been rocking his own brand of Nurolektro since 2003. He’s responsible for a vast array of menacing titles on labels such as Bunker, Touchin' Bass, Kommando 6 and Musar. 
An artist that couldn’t care less about trends nor hypes, and whose main driving force is that authentic passion for the genre.
Some of his tunes resemble a future horror movie soundtrack, others a visit to a mental clinic but most sound like what exactly hostile aliens would listen to while attacking Earth.
Currently based in Amoy, China.

Of Dolls and Murder Podcast #71 MANASYt [ODMP71]

@tammohesselink has always been enthralled by rhythm. He explores the unknown areas in between the UK's broken beats and hypnotic trans-Atlantic techno. Hailing from a small town, he did things himself to start with and soon turned heads with his respected The Invariants label. After that began to get wider attention for its spacious and supple sounds, he went on to become a regular on Nous'klaer Audio and has just minted another new label, Real View Memory. The first EP, Borrowed Wheels, touches on percussive techno abstractions, halftime drum & bass and deep, atmospheric bass. 

All of that comes out in this week's mix. It is a 90-minute showcase of Tammo's ability to lay down body-popping rhythms. Sometimes they are silky and seductive and worm their way deep into your psyche, at others that are heavy, upfront and smack you over the head. The skillful balance between the moments of airy suspense and dense, unrelenting drums is what makes this selection so compelling.

We are delighted to welcome our first international guest to the podcast series. Hailing from Baku, currently based in Rotterdam, Ayaz caught our ears by spicing up the moody industrial soundscapes with a pinch of exotic Eastern charm, thus combining the best of both worlds in his production. 

Back in 2018, Ayaz launched Yalançı — an exquisite vinyl-only label with a leftfield ethos and a strong affinity to spoken word and mystical atmospheres. Apart from this, he has been putting out music on favourite labels such as Kump and Knekelhuis while also providing quality remixes for Exhausted Modern and Anatolian Weapons which you might have heard in our sets.

Ayaz’s podcast is a doorway to his vast sonic space and a rare chance to hear some unreleased material as we anticipate his upcoming release on one of Glasgow’s finest imprints — Phase Group.

Tras unos meses de inactividad volvemos a la carga con una nueva entrega y con la misma pasión de seguir compartiendo lo que más nos gusta y nos une.

Llegamos al podcast número 35 de la serie de mixes cortesía de Palomo más bien conocido como Dr. Bird ( @dr-bird16 ), un melómano y coleccionista de vinilos, natural de Sevilla.

Nuestro invitado es un Dj muy versátil, en sus sets hay cabida para todo: desde el house, funk o disco hasta el electro, acid o breaks... siempre usando los platos como herramienta para desarrollar sus sesiones.

@deshique es une dj sevillane que empieza a dar sus primeros pasos en firme en la escena musical hispalense. EAK Invites #36 Deshique

Para la entrega número 37 de la serie tenemos el placer de presentarles a @veelargo, un productor de música electrónica español que reside en Cracovia (Polonia) desde 2016.

Veelargo empezó a interesarse por la música siendo adolescente y su pasión por ella le llevó primero a pinchar y gradualmente a producir. Sus influencias son muy variadas y van desde el Electro, Ambient o IDM hasta el EBM, Krautrock o Post-Punk.

Para nuestro invitado componer música electrónica es sinónimo de libertad absoluta y lo considera como un continuo aprendizaje, rigiéndose por cierta disciplina basada en constancia para aprender y mejorar su técnica.

EAK Invites #37 Veelargo

Nos vamos a Barcelona para presentarles al siguiente artista invitado, su nombre es Alejandro Robles, más bien conocido como Low Tide aka Húmedo, y es el encargado de firmar la numero 38 de la serie.

Alejandro nació en 1976 en la ciudad donde reside, aspecto que ayudó a educarlo con un amplio abanico de estilos y corrientes en cuanto a la música. Su trayectoria profesional comienza en el año 2000 en varios circuitos de la ciudad Condal. También adquirió conocimientos en la organización de eventos y programación de artistas y protocolos a seguir, gestionando su promotora (Grupo La Fresca) y trabajando para el booking del sello (Eardrum Records), entre 2003 y 2007.

Una amplia gama de estilos llenan sus recuerdos desde sus inicios hasta el día de hoy, donde sus sets inyectan Boogie, New Beat, Pop 80's, Synth Wawe, Electro 80's, Disco, Italo-disco, Electro y Electrónica en general. Con todos ellos ha pasado por espacios tales como Space, Danzatoria, Oven, La Cova, Fellini, Catwalk, Souvenir, KGB, Macarena Club, BLVD, Freedonia, Luv, Mint, Switch, Mad Barcelona, 33/45/45/ 33, La Cova d'en Choroi (Menorca) y más.

Actualmente bajo sus diferentes proyectos personales (Low_tide, Húmedo y Axel Roures) gestiona LTProjects así como los eventos, Follone Follone y W.A.N.B.D.

EAK Invites #38 Low_Tide / Húmedo

For the 45th installment of the mix series we are pleased to introduce Simona Dellamorte, better known as @feraliaplanitia, a Haarlem based DJ and producer.

Her debut EP as her solo project Feralia Planitia was released at the end of 2021, and was well received by the press and the public, still being aired by electronic music radio programs around the world. Dellamorte’s compositions evoke the diverse styles of electronic music she loves, Ebm, industrial and electro, but at the same time it sounds highly personal and original. Using a mix of hardware, software synths and percussions, she creates entrancing tracks with a futuristic, dystopian feel, bolstered by captivating rhythms that are never obvious and are perfect to dance to.

This mix contains tracks of music styles that inspire her, Italo, acid house, progressive house, electro... A perfect mix to play in your car this summer while driving to the beach or into the night.

EAK Invites #45 Feralia Planitia

Asturiano afincado en Barcelona desde 2008, Mario Fano Rodil (@mariof) es un dj que vive con pasión la música y la tecnología. Colaborador de Colectivo Secreto y activo de la asociación Ameba, dirige su propio sello musical llamado Sonidos Distintos con sede en Sevilla y Barcelona -que este año 2023 celebra su 15 aniversario.
Cuenta con mas de 15 referencias publicadas en sellos como Seven Villas, Unison Recordings o Reiz Musik, además de varios EP's auto-editados en Sonidos Distintos. En sus producciones el hilo conductor es el house con influencias deep y lo-fi.

Salas como Cosmos y Kafka (Sevilla), Fame (Valladolid), CUE (Amsterdam), Moog, Razzmatazz o La Terrazzza (Barcelona) y festivales de la ciudad como MIRA Festival han bailado con las mezclas rápidas e intensas de Mario. Además de su faceta de dj, ofrece un directo analógico que ya ha presentado en eventos como Avant-Off (Nitsa Club) o en la fiesta del colectivo Yes It's Loud Enough en Trondheim (Noruega).
Actualmente es el responsable de la línea DJ en el legendario fabricante de mesas de mezclas Ecler.
