After securing So Young Magazines track of the year with 'Reno' and and receiving the NME 100 bands to watch award, Eades return with their latest single ‘Reno Pt 2’.

Having spent 2022 on the road touring their debut album ‘Delusion Spree’ across the UK and Europe, the single come out a week before they head out on tour with Wunderhorse, on their close to sold out UK headline tour.

Continuing the story of Reno (pt 1). The track follows a sociopathic arsonist from arrest to court case, and his eventual escape “out of the fire, out into the cold!”. The track was written, recorded and mixed by the band in their Leeds based recording space ‘Bam Bam Studios' (Daisy Brain, Far Caspian, Michael B Thomas, Indigo Bay). After recording their debut album live, and working with Arctic monkeys producer Ross Orton, the band opted for a different approach for the follow up, mapping every painstaking detail, honing their craft in the process.

Reno Pt 2 is coming out via frontman Harry Jordan’s indie label Bam Bam Records (Honey Guide, Michael B Thomas, China Steps, Scum etc), based in Leeds. 22/03/23.

Influences include The Velvet Underground, Sonic Youth, Bob Dylan, Television.

Liquid gold is the long awaited favourite amongst Eades’ diehard fan base and a strong highlight in the bands raucous live set. Eades are already used to hearing their fans singing the chorus back to them at shows after a number of fan phone recordings being shared and leaked around the internet.

The new release, lyrically, is a rose tinted memory of many hungover walks from a friend’s sofa to the comforts of home, only to be interrupted by an invitation to join friends in the sun and repeat the night before. A timeless story that Eades know all too well.., but despite the repercussions it never gets old. Possibly Eades’ strongest single to date. It’s relatable, catchy, carefree and a lot of fun! Released via Bam Bam Records. It’s the second single from their upcoming EP coming out this summer!
