I made this in Ableton just before I registered here on soundcloud 20 minutes ago.
So now there is my oldest recording and the newest idea I recorded. This is not properly mixed or fleshed out. Just the idea.

I really like this song so I went ahead and played around with it a little. This is what came out

Richie Spice Remix (of Soul Cypherz Remix)

Worked on this over Jannuary. Started out with wanting to do something around a sample from a documentary about consumerism. At the time I was experimenting with introducing more Buildups and Risers as well as accentuating different segments of my tracks and transitioning between those segments smoothly and distinctly. So there are plenty of riser-like sounds and transitions in here

Fischstäbchen

I've been working on this one from December through Jannuary. Only softsynths/samples in Ableton Live, no external gear. I focused on making transitions and convincing drops as well as experimenting with song structure (and including riser-effects).

Breakbeat Downtempo v2

I chopped up and experimented with the amen-break and put down some bass line and a lead with the Ultranova (the sub-bass is a softsynth). Did a little Arrangement work on it. Will update when I have an updated version. Also from Jannuary but have been working on it lately (this bounce is from Jannuary 28th).

First day of my week-long series/challenge (making music for 1 hour every day and trying to make a song in that time window). All of week one is made solely on the Electribe2 - recorded straight from the device. What a great device..

Part of my challenge to finish a track within 1 hour from scratch per day, that I am doing this week. Gonna upload the others in the following days. Raw and unrefined. Straight from the Electribe2 no post processing. I'm still figuring it out. This took me about one and half an hour (sound programming/sequencing took about 50 minutes then I was trying to get a good take).

My song from Saturday (well Saturday night ;)of my 1-week-challenge.. Some experimentation with Modulation and Effects at 95bpm. Hope you like it <3 Consciously setting aside a little time for music every day  for one stretch really is a magical thing...

Track for Wednesday of the first week of my challenge. Again all done on the Electribe2 and no post-processing. Kind of a slow one, taking it's time to build with focus on bass and drums.
