This Merkaba episode features a live set titled "Incantations" by SESEN aka Marilena Samantoura, a widely experienced musician from Athens, Greece. Her journey producing electronic music began in 2005 and she has been creating versatile psychedelic soundscapes that invite either relaxation or gentle movement. Her debut album ‘Juju’ on Merkaba Music, defined as a cognitive expedition to the folklore, bizarre incantations and rituals across the magical lands of the African West Coast, is a wonderful result of these years digging into sound. Expect a deep journey through distinct sonic details with emotional charms, characteristic of this creative Greek artist. This live set contains tracks from SESEN's last album and older tracks as well.

Brain of the “Chill-out” branch of the Hadra Altervision Records label and programmer of the Hadra Trance Festival, Sysyphe is a complete artist in constant search of new musical pearls.
After two compilations Hadravision and 2 albums (“Running Up That Hill” and “The Cities of Silver Trees”) produced by Hadra, Sysyphe continues his path with his DJ set mixing all the styles that have nourished his career, from ambient to downtempo through a deep house and a deep trance. From shadow to light in the pursuit of constant emotion and serenity.

Hadra Altervision Records is the new hybrid label of the Hadra association. Founded in 2017, the label aims to promote alternative aesthetics to psytrance music and shines through the diversity of its musical energies: Chill-Out, Downtempo, Ethno-world, Psybass, Psydub, Techno, Dub and Drum’n’Bass.
Supported by the artist and label manager Sysyphe, Hadra Altervision Records already welcomes many artists: djs (Benzihno, B.Brain, Kalifer, Gagarin Project, Sysyphe etc.), lives (Meelk, Smooth Criminal, Ekaologik, Lakay…) but also electro-acoustic groups (Deyosan, Aora Paradox…).

To highlight its beautiful discoveries, the label offers many releases, some of which have already met with great success: the VA Dubiquinone compiled by Benzinho and B.brain, “Lights Seeds” Ekaologik’s album or the latest compilation of Kalifer “Deep Resonance”.

Hadra Altervision Records is a setting where all esthetics meet and enrich each other: a real sound crossing from alternative genres to inspirations from the four corners of the world.

   Earth Child is the Downtempo project of Burcker Nicolas.
 
    Born in France and grow up in the island of Ibiza, in the heart of the mediterranean sea, where he 
    had the opportunity to experience from first site the rise of many electronic influences. 
    In the early 90's he started to play Chill Out and Trance as a Dj, connecting to his psychedelic roots,
    And get actively involved in the underground scene of the island, That leads him to play and share 
    musical creative moments with names such as : 
    Lennart ( Ibizzare ), Juan Verdera ( The Muses Rapt ), Roy ( Painkiller ) , Etnica, Total Eclipse, Neuromotor, 
    Dj Malte, Willy Buetas ( M2M ) and many more over the years. 
    Allowing him to play in places such as Kumharas (ibz), Pacha (ibz), Freak (Open Chakra, Bcn), Colors Festival (Bcn), 
    La Nave (Bcn), ManuMission Motel and many parties along his travels. 
    
   A time ago he decided to move to Barcelona and start focusing on producing ambient- reggae- 
   Dub- Downtempo and chill out Electronic Music. 
   ever since, Nicolas a.k.a Earthchild , expanded his skills on the software side and he just can't stop 
   writing great stuff, if its for his own project, or for the project of "Eliptical Sound System" with Jhona Qurban, 
   or simply collaborating with other friends in the studio. Starting to release some material on Nutek Chill Records.
   
   Earth Child has prepared for us a special blend of Ambient - Dub Flavours. Cooked in some galactic melodies and 
   Synthetic grooves, seasoned with some liquid atmospheres. A special mixture of earthly frequencies getting you ready to 
   travel trough a peaceful sound space.
