Played live as part of Make Music Salem 2025 at Munchies Market

Unfortunately, after only having the Prime 4+ for a year and a half, it's gotten to the point where it's becoming unreliable.  Many of my LEDs no longer function, and the track recording function gave up on me twice during this set.  Of the ten hours played, only the first three hours are available.  I've taken good care of it and there are no reasons for such an expensive piece of equipment to begin failing so shortly after purchase, and right outside of the warranty window.

Denon has been made aware of each issue and has chosen to ignore helping to solve them.  I'm sure to let every single person I meet who is interested in my equipment understand the failures of the hardware and support team.

I am trying to save up to get an XDJ-AZ which will be much more capable and reliable.  If that's something you can help with, please let me know.
