Yemaya is the African Goddess of the Ocean and considered the mother of all. She is the source of all the waters, including the rivers of western Africa. As you relax and are carried by the sound waves, you have the chance to deeply connect with the great source of personal power and wellbeing that we all possess. We have named this audio recording after our daughter who shares the same name.

The nature sounds were recorded at sunrise on a sunny spring morning. The birds create their own natural rhythm, that encourages the mind to engage and focus in an easeful way. The trickling stream helps the mind and body to move into a more fluid state of being, as we emulate it's it's eb and flow.

Saturn is associated with the higher chakras and specifically Ajna (the third eye), guiding us to one of the highest levels on our path of spiritual evolution. This large planet symbolizes dominance, power and change.

This meditation is best practised when Saturn becomes visible in the sky, or you feel the need to deeply connect with it's energetic qualities.

In support of this practise, we recommend exploring the work of Swiss mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto. His seminal work 'The Cosmic Octave', has become a classic in vibrational therapy and is a great guide to understanding how planetary frequencies are recorded.

Saturn Gong Alignment - Tune into this Powerful Planet's Frequency

This 25 minute sound meditation uses the Native American Frame Drum to entrain the mind towards a state of deep relaxation. The steady pulsing beat gently directs us towards slower Theta and Delta frequencies, where deep processing and visualisation may take place.

This audio recording is not designed to get you to sleep, but instead uses a fast rhythmic pulse of around two beats per second. This deliberate pace allows the mind to move into a 'trance state', which is a wonderfully natural way to engage with your own inward journey.

This meditation is best practised somewhere you can be seated, relaxed and focused. It is also best to ensure that you will not be disturbed.

As part of your journey and before you begin, you can set yourself an intention such as 'allowing the sound to reveal something previously hidden to you' or simply just see what happens.
