Thallulah, William Medagli and Jose Maria Ramon have been making waves with some epic releases on Einmusika, Chronovision Ibiza and Natural Rhythm.  Their unique style, blending epic techno with jackin' house, caught East Recordings label boss Pablo del Monte's ear and he was delighted to have them remix Glide Over Here.

East Recordings seventh release sees dj-Vox team up with Inxec and return with his second EP aptly titled “Seven Sevenths.”  Building on the success of his first EP and a string of remixes, “Seven Sevenths” combines the classic house grooves dj-Vox is known for with the deep tech sounds of today.  

On remix duties East Recordings is proud to welcome Inxec to our growing artist lineup.  This Nottingham born producer brings his idiosyncratic deep tech sound to the EP.

To round things off comes Pablo del Monte’s remix shows his range with a move away from his usual deep house style to a more minimal approach here.

With the Ibiza season in full swing East Recordings releases its big summer party tune from label boss Pablo del Monte with a sick remix by Blandy & Soul Cat.  The saying goes ‘the name is on the tin’ and ‘House to House’ is just that: a big, classic house cut with a G-house vocal, bouncy bassline, jackin’ beats and M1 pianos.

2016 has seen Pablo del Monte a regular in the deep and tech-house charts with a string of releases on East Recordings, Maison Records, Denied Music and many more. After forging an underground sound over the last few years Pablo has caught the summer fever and come up with a banger in ‘House to House’.

Ian Bland’s name is one that is synonymous with proper house music. From his early days as part of rave outfit Dream Frequency (XL Recordings), through his 90s releases with Alison Limerick and Paul Oakenfold as Dancing Divas to his current moniker Blandy (Maison Records) this man has been rocking dance floors for 3 decades.  Together with Kadence Records label head Eddie Armani (aka Soul Cat) the pair have been forging a compelling bass house sound in 2016 and their remix is true to form: a strict dance floor-orientated bass-heavy house slammer.

For fans of 90s, bass, jackin’ and party house.

ABOUT:
East Recordings is an underground house music label established in April 2015.

The label is the imprint of Brick Lane Radio, a radio station and blog set-up in 2013 by an east London DJ collective and headed up by Pablo del Monte. Its sound lies on the deep-house-techhouse-accessible techno spectrum. But rather than being restricted to specific genres East Recordings seeks two common elements in the music it signs: tight grooves and musicality. So whether it be the proper house vibes of Pablo del Monte or Thallulah, William Medagli & Jose Maria's contemporary take on techno dance floor-orientated beats and musicianship are at the forefront of the qualities you will hear.

Alongside a roster of more established artists East Recordings prides itself at unearthing new artists.  And in an era of throw-away releases the label takes its time A&Ring quality music and sticks to a monthly release schedule, ensuring high standards in terms of both output and artist liaison.   East Recordings has also invested in building relationships with the key stores, especially Traxsource and Juno, over time ensuring that releases receive support from these platforms.  

This coupled with the quality of the music has meant that the last twenty East Recordings releases have all charted with numerous top 30s and a handful of top 10s along the way. Our most successful releases to-date are Pablo del Monte's 'House to House' which spent months in the charts after being supported heavily by Marco Carola at his Music On night, and Granite State's 'Tuku' which got picked up on by Mark Knight and was played in episode 367 of his Toolroom Radio Show on Spotify.

We've ran a number of successful and ever-increasingly attended events at venues in east London such as Trapeze, 93 Feet East, the Bedroom Bar and Shoreditch Platform, as well as secret parties in venues such as a printer's warehouse under a railway arch off Brick Lane. We get to feature East Recordings artists at these parties and, as such, the sound reflects that of the label, as well as booking guest 'name' DJs whose style fits ours.
