With almost three decades of experience under his belt pushing the boundaries of electronic music culture, long-standing Swiss-Italian artist EDX has the credentials, to match the very best in the business. Following a brief hiatus in his personal production output over the past six months to focus on other areas of his music businesses, the chart-topping hit-maker – and Switzerland’s most streamed artist ever – now returns to the fray, as he unveils his incredible new single, Ecletric.

Due for worldwide release on Friday, April 23 via his iconic PinkStar Records imprint, Ecletric is another stunning slice of warm, blissful melodic house music from EDX, who marks his inaugural release of 2021 and his first original single since the critically acclaimed release of Indian Summer back in September. 

Making his intentions known from the off, EDX’s tight rhythms, growling basslines and syncopated synth stabs commence proceedings, as the PinkStar head honcho lays down an exquisite introduction to pave the way for a breakdown of impressive proportions. Gradually introducing cascading euphoric leads and sweeping tones over the course of the rousing middle eight, the record eventually drops into progressive house euphoria and luscious melodic rapture as EDX opens his 2021 tally with another worthy addition to an incredible career discography.

CROATIA SQUAD increased the pace of delivering tracks. Since he moved to Miami he seems to be on fire and inspired to write and produce more music. Nothing against that, don't you think? That's why we were able to select and put together a strong 3 track EP this time. 3 absolutely stunning bass house tracks. Get the flavor of bass, the flavor of tech house and the flavor of vintage synth sounds which have been used all over to spice up the blend and add some more liveliness.
Starting with KEEP IT ROCKIN', this EP makes a strong statement right away. Bumping future basslines, hot beats and teasing vocal chops to prepare you for the inevitable: The drop, are building the base of this awesome club tune.
EMBRACE IT contains an original 303 bassline, programmed on a vintage Roland 303 machine and recorded into a DAW to fit this absolutely funky bass house gem.
And last but not least; the CROWDROCKER! A track that takes a more experimental direction but still serves the dancefloor with its 4-to-the-floor beats and teasing build-ups.
A full package for all the lovers of bass and tech house. These tracks shouldn't be missed in your Ibiza sets and definitely not in your private weekend playlists either.
