this is something that is hard to explain when you experience it for the first few times, for me  things are experienced within and in a matter of the next click or the next person i hear speaking after leaving my apartment or something on the sidewalk that is literally just for me and was just mentioned. i think all are connected to guardians we are to just ask for their presence and develop the relationship by not thinking you're crazy :P

Author and medium Paul Selig was born in New York City and received his master’s degree from Yale. He had a spiritual experience in 1987 that left him clairvoyant, and has led channeled energy groups for many years. He is the subject of the short documentary film Paul & the Word, and is featured on the A&E/Biography channel series The UneXplained, and was the subject of an episode of ABC’s Nightline.  Paul’s recent and upcoming workshops include The Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, The Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, and the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.  Also a noted playwright and educator, Paul serves on the faculty of NYU and directs the MFA in creative writing program at Goddard College. He lives in New York City, where he maintains a private practice as an intuitive.
