the strain (everyday 07-30-14)

everyday (08-25-14) a new void

all sounds were created and designed using only the source recording of slowly closing a wooden pantry door. the door and the frame, along with the hinge I think , rubbed against each other and made these sounds. the door had to be moving verrrry slowly to get it to sound like this. it was very much a performance on the sound effect instrument that was a standard door in my wife's parents kitchen.
