"Hunting Melodies" is the newest single from EAU ROUGE to be released on the 13th May via AdP Records.

Using overwhelming sound of synthesizers, high guitars in reverb, heavy drums and a whispered voice “Hunting Melodies” is exemplary for the band’s ability to neatly combine indie and electronica keeping an eerie flavor in it. “Hunting Melodies” is a soundtrack for the first hours after sunset, when you still see that magical glow on the western horizon that leads you into the night. Take a drive, roll down the window, feel the warm breeze in you hair and then get into the mix! The song definitely is on the rockier side of our sound-spectrum, yet dancy and intensive. Which we thought makes a great first single that sets people in the mood for what's to come on 'Nocturnal Rapture'.”

EAU ROUGE’s prelude to their new record comes with a fresh sound, spreading MASSIVE summer vibes.
Plucky basslines, a solo that would make every 80’s glam-rocker proud and dancy drums are the framework for Jonas’, Bo‘s and Magnus’ ironic, light-hearted take on a generation that’s been told they can become anything they want - as long as you only believe in the facts that serve you well.
The artwork shows the raft between dreams and their limitations with pictures by photgrapher and globetrotter Laila Sieber.

When Jonas, Bo and Magnus found themselves in a basement in Stuttgart, Germany it just clicked between them: Jon's voice, Bo's guitar sounds, Mag's drumming - with this energy already there that makes you wonder how a three-piece can create those bombastic soundscapes live - no backing tracks allowed btw.
Fast forward a few years and they have listeners worldwide, bringing their dark Alt-Pop to L.A., Brighton, Austin and Lollapalooza as well as antique marble halls for another one of their visually stunning videos.
